For the first time ever a Pope will answer questions on television: On April 22, 2011 (Good Friday), Pope Benedict XVI will respond to viewers’ questions on the Italian public broadcasting station RAI.
The show is planned to be aired at around the exact time Jesus Christ is thought to have died on the cross. From Sunday onwards people can send their queries to the program A Sua Immagine (In His Image).
The questions will all have to deal with Jesus himself, so enquiries you might have about naughty priests or prime ministers will not be answered. RAI will select three questions, which the Pope will answer during the show, which is expected to last around 80 minutes.
