Bed and Breakfast Il Boom is ideally located in the heart of Rome, along the slopes of the Gianicolo hill in the Rione Trastevere, one of the most beautiful areas of the city. The B & B is on a nice, quiet street with many trees and just minutes from many of the sights of Rome such as Piazza Farnese, Campo de’ Fiori and St. Peter’s Basilica.
Bed and Breakfast Il Boom Rome
The Bed & Breakfast Il Boom is newly renovated and located in an elegantly furnished, spacious apartment on the top floor of an early 20th century building. There is no elevator, but this is offset by two wonderful roof terraces that provide breathtaking views of Rome.
Breakfast is served here during the summer by the family running B & B. Guests are allowed to use the kitchen and there is a wireless internet connection.
The three spacious rooms furnished in styles referring respectively to the 50s (the Anna Magnani-room), 60s (Sophia Loren-room) and the 70s (Monica Vitti).
The Loren room has an en-suite shower room and views over the garden. The Magnani room has a private bathroom, although not en-suite and the same applies to Vitti room, which also has a balcony overlooking Rome.
The non-smoking B & B Il Boom has two terraces where you can relax after a tiring day in Rome.
In the (paid) private parking of B & B there is only room for one car, so notify the owner of Il Boom if you need this. There is also free parking at 200m from the Bed and Breakfast.
All rooms have cable TV, hairdryer, wireless internet and air conditioning.
